In case of Returns, send an email to shineandglamourboutique@gmail.com notifying your full name, order number and reason for the return.
The return must be made within 7 days of the indicated delivery date.
The return applies only in store credit or product exchange. In case of customer error in terms of color, size, etc., the customer is responsible for the shipping costs corresponding to the change to be made, keeping the store label intact attached to the garment.
The change applies as long as the product is available in the inventory.
Shine and Glamor Boutique is not responsible for incorrect addresses or address changes after the product has been shipped. The store is not responsible for packages lost in transit or shown delivered to the shipping company.
